A La Mode is a beautiful medium sized orange and white bicolor. The blooms have petals with orange, deep coral or light apricot centers that sweep into white tips. Endless color change all season long and is even better at the end than the beginning. I found flowers get darker and bicolor more pronounced as the season progresses. 
I love bicolors and this one is very beautiful but unfortunately it sunburns on me in hot weather; each dahlia has its perfect climate.
